A - Front-wheel and rear-wheel drive specials
B - Rear-wheel drive sports cars and kit cars manufacturer's defined wheelbase
C - Saloons under 11' in length (as defined in manufacturer's catalogue)
D - Autotest lightweight saloons of 11' or greater in length (as defined in manufacturer's catalogue)
E - Roadgoing saloons - StreetCar
F - Modified Saloon Cars
G - All MG Midgets, Sprites, MX5s and MR2s
H - Non-Mini / Nova-based specials
P - Production cars
AF - All-forwards tests - no reversing
AFJ - Juniors all-forwards tests - no reversing
