
Championships
There are a number of Championships throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland. There are also non-Championship events that take place around the island. These are fun, social and competitive days; perfect for dipping the toe into as your first event! Common to all events is the encouragement, support, advice and tips that are freely shared from organisers, marshals and fellow competitors.
Motorsport Ireland National Championship
National level Autotesting events have multiple competitions rolled into one based on competitor skill level, and the type of cars involved. Challenge tests are suitable for roadgoing vehicles and are designed to be more open and flowing. The Championship tests are more suited to specialised lightweight vehicles and are generally tighter and more technical.
Northern Irish Autotest Championship
The McMillan Specialist Cars NI Autotest Championship also has multiple competitions rolled into one with the class structure being and test designs being very similar to the Motorsport Ireland series. Events are ran between March and September across Ulster and also includes also 2 rounds of the prestigious MSUK British Autotest Championship!
Munster
Autotest Championship
The PartsWorld Munster Autotest Championship is a friendly series that caters for all levels of experience. Events are mostly located in Munster and involve a wide variety of cars with the B1 class for affordable homebuilt specials proving incredibly popular. Beginners are encouraged and there are separate classes for Novice and Junior competitors.
TDC Club & Autotest Championships
The club currently runs 10 events throughout the calendar year, which include the Club Championship, Autotest Championship, Production Car Trials and Multi-Venue Autotests. All events are suitable for MVAT and roadgoing cars with the Autotest Championship events including classes Autotest specific cars too. Class structure is based on driver skill level.
Autotest Driver's Club Championship
The Autotest Driver's Club holds five events each year including two rounds of the ANICC Autotest Championship. The Club runs its own Championship for Beginners, Semi-experts and Experts with various classes to cover all types of cars including standard road cars. In 2025 the ADC was voted MSUK Club of the year!
